Arnie is a nationally recognized attorney specializing in estate planning.  For over 35 years he has written, lectured, and advised high-net-worth individuals, family firm owners, and professionals.  He was a founding member, general counsel, and member of the board of directors of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys.

Arnie is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar; Supreme Judicial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts; the Supreme Court of the United States; and United States Tax Court.  He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University (cum laude), and his law degree from Boston University.
