RODNEY E. GOULD

Rodney E. Gould - Commercial Litigation Attorney, Attorney at Law, Rubin Hay & Gould Law FirmA litigator with over 30 years of experience, Rod heads the firm’s litigation practice and has conducted litigations in federal and state courts throughout the country.  He concentrates in travel and tour operator law, securities and antitrust law, employment, intellectual property and commercial litigation.  As a nationally recognized expert in transportation and travel law, he routinely counsels travel-related entities throughout the country, and has served as an expert witness in numerous cases.

Rod is a member of the Bars of Massachusetts (1976), New York (1968), The District of Columbia (1970), Pennsylvania (2001), California (2005) and New Hampshire (2006).  He is a member of the Bars of the United States Supreme Court, most federal circuit courts of appeals, and numerous federal district courts throughout the country.  He is a graduate of Colby College (B.A. cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, 1965) and of Columbia University School of Law (J.D. magna cum laude, 1968), where he was an editor of the Law Review.

He has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Northeastern University School of Law, Boston University School of Law and Western New England College School of Law.
