ROBERT C. MUELLER
Robert
is a litigation attorney concentrating in commercial litigation,
personal injury defense, insurance defense, and travel law. His
practice includes the representation of businesses and individuals
in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country.
Robert
was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in
1994 and the Bar of the United States District Court for the District
of Massachusetts in 1997. He is also admitted to the Bars of the
State of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth
Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern,
Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.
Robert
received his undergraduate degree (B.A., summa cum laude,
1991) from the University of Arizona, where he was elected to Phi
Beta Kappa. He received his law degree (J.D., 1994) from Boston
University School of Law. Robert was a Note Editor of the Boston
University Law Review and the author of the Case Comment, "Donahue
v. Fair Employment and Housing Commission: A Free Exercise Defense
to Marital Status Discrimination?", 74 B.U. L. Rev. 145 (1994).
